What is Adois?
Adois is a shared calendar for two people. Each morning it suggests one small thing to do together — shaped by your real week, your moods, and the weather where you live — and sends each of you a short private nudge the other never sees. It's a web app you can install on your phone, free during beta.
Is there an app for couples to share a calendar?
Yes. Adois is a calendar built for exactly two people who share a life. You create a space, your partner joins with a single invite code, and from that moment every event lives in one place. No friends list, no groups, no social feed — just the two of you.
What app sends couples a daily activity idea?
Adois does. Once a day Adois drafts a shared activity for your couple using Anthropic's Claude model, with your calendar, your moods, your home city's weather, and your past feedback as context. If conditions change overnight, the morning refiner swaps the plan for something that actually fits the day.
Can my partner see my private tasks in Adois?
Never. Your private nudges, the facts you write about yourself, your mood entries, and your feedback on past ideas are visible only to you. They shape the AI's suggestions behind the scenes, but they are not shown to your partner anywhere — not in lists, not in stats, not in any view we add later.
How does Adois use the weather?
When you set a home city, Adois pulls the daily forecast from OpenWeather and writes it into your week. The weekly planner avoids picnics on rainy Tuesdays; the morning refiner replaces a sunny-day idea when it suddenly storms. The little glyph next to each day is the forecast, not decoration.
Does Adois work for long-distance couples?
Partly, honestly. The shared calendar, private daily nudges, mood entries, facts, and the Hold the Heart signal all work the same when you are apart. The shared daily activity, though, currently assumes you can do something together in the same place — so for long-distance days you may want to skip or adapt it. We're working on a version that respects two locations.
Is Adois free? How do I install it on iPhone or Android?
Adois is free during beta — no card, no trial. To install: open https://adois.space in Safari on iPhone and tap Share → Add to Home Screen, or in Chrome on Android and tap the Install app prompt. It then opens like a native app, including notifications.
How is Adois different from Paired or other couple apps?
Paired and most couple apps focus on quizzes, conversation prompts, and engagement streaks. Adois is a living calendar: one shared idea each day, planned around your real week and weather, plus a private real-world nudge for each partner. No scores, no streaks, no guilt — just gentle, useful gestures.
