Privacy

Adois is built for two people. We collect as little as we can, share your private things with no one - not even your partner - and let you erase everything in a single tap.

What we store

• Account - your first name, email, and an encrypted password (handled by our auth provider, Supabase).
• Your couple's space - its invite code, optional home city (for weather), and optional anniversary date.
• Calendar events - what you and your partner add: titles, dates, times, types, recurrence rules.
• Daily activities - the shared suggestion drafted for each day.
• Private tasks - your personal daily nudge. Never visible to your partner.
• Facts you share with the AI - short notes about yourself that quietly shape your partner's nudge. Never visible to your partner.
• Mood entries - your daily mood and note. Never visible to your partner.
• Feedback signals - your "more like this" / "less like this" taps on past tasks. Private to you.
• Push subscription - the browser endpoint your device gives us when you enable notifications.

What stays private to you

Your private tasks, the facts you write about yourself, your moods, and your feedback signals are visible only to you. We do not show them to your partner anywhere in the app - not in lists, not in stats, not in any future view. They shape the AI's suggestions behind the scenes, that's all.

How the daily AI works

Once a day we send relevant context - your couple's first names, today's calendar, your moods, recent activities, your private feedback, and any facts marked for use - to Anthropic's Claude model so it can draft today's shared activity and each partner's private nudge. When you've set a home city, we look up the day's weather from OpenWeather. Anthropic and OpenWeather process this data on our behalf and do not use it to train models.

Cookies & local storage

We use only essential storage: the session token that keeps you signed in, and your theme preference. No analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, no third-party fingerprinting. That's why you don't see a cookie banner.

Your rights under GDPR

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Most of it is editable directly in the app. To request an export or anything else, write to hello@adois.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Deleting your data

Two paths, both irreversible:

• Delete our space - removes the shared couple and everything inside it (events, daily activities, the invite code). Both partners lose access immediately.
• Delete my account - removes your auth account, profile, private tasks, facts, feedback, moods, and push subscriptions. If you were the last member of the couple, the shared space is removed too.

No archives. No backups kept beyond standard short-term provider retention. No exceptions.
